Developed ShiftPro, a full-stack shift management system using Go (Golang), PostgreSQL, MQTT, and FullCalendar, designed to automate employee rostering and provide real-time schedule management. The system combines concurrent background processing with event-driven communication to handle shift assignments, swaps, notifications, and scheduling conflicts.Implemented an automated auto-rostering engine using Go goroutines and tickers to distribute upcoming shifts while considering staff availability, quotas, overlapping assignments, and scheduling constraints. Built a real-time MQTT publish/subscribe event system using Eclipse Mosquitto and MQTT over WebSockets to deliver instant roster updates, notifications, and shift-related events to connected clients.Implemented role-based access control with separate Admin and Employee workflows, including shift management, swap requests, approvals, manual replacements, and scheduler controls. Integrated FullCalendar for interactive schedule visualization and PostgreSQL for structured relational data persistence.

Developed CloudSpend, a full-stack cloud cost intelligence and budget management platform using Go with the Gin framework, SQLite, and server-side Go HTML Templates. The application provides a centralized interface for tracking, categorizing, and monitoring infrastructure and SaaS expenditure across multiple cloud and service providers.Designed the system to manage cloud spending across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, and SaaS services, with automated cost categorization and real-time calculation of monthly budget consumption. Implemented budget monitoring features to help track spending against predefined limits and identify potential infrastructure cost overruns.Containerized the complete application using Docker and deployed it to Microsoft Azure using Azure Container Registry (ACR) and Azure App Service for Linux, providing hands-on experience with cloud-based application deployment and infrastructure management.

Developed an honorific-aware English-to-Nepali Neural Machine Translation system using Meta’s NLLB-200 distilled 600M transformer model. Fine-tuned the pretrained model on a custom 25,343-pair English–Nepali parallel dataset, with emphasis on Nepali honorific levels including informal, neutral, and respectful forms.Designed the training and evaluation pipeline using transformer-based sequence-to-sequence learning and attention mechanisms to improve contextual translation and honorific selection. Developed a Flask-based translation API to serve the fine-tuned model and tested its performance through automated and qualitative evaluation. The model achieved 48.93 BLEU and 72.37 chrF++ on the evaluation dataset, demonstrating improved translation quality for the targeted honorific domain. The project was completed as a 7th semester academic research/project work, combining NLP, deep learning, model fine-tuning, dataset preparation, and API development.

Developed Robust Trade, a semi-e-commerce web platform for a business specializing in fire extinguishers, fire safety equipment, and related products. Built the application using PHP, Laravel, and Filament, with a focus on providing a structured product catalog and an efficient administration system for managing business operations.Implemented product management, category organization, product information, and customer-facing pages while developing a Filament-based administrative dashboard for managing the platform. Designed the system to support the business's product presentation and online inquiry/sales workflow. The project demonstrates practical experience in Laravel application development, Filament administration panels, database-driven systems, product management, responsive web development, and deployment of production-oriented client applications. Developed as a freelance project based on the client's business requirements.

Developed Celtic Trekking, a professional trekking and travel website designed to showcase trekking packages, destinations, itineraries, and travel services. Built the platform using PHP, Laravel, and Filament, providing a modern customer-facing website along with a powerful backend for managing tourism content.Implemented structured management for trekking packages, destinations, itineraries, and related content, allowing administrators to update website information through a centralized Filament dashboard without directly modifying application code. The project demonstrates practical experience in Laravel full-stack development, Filament admin panels, database design, dynamic content management, responsive web interfaces, and client-focused application development. Developed as a freelance project based on the client's requirements.
